MISSION
Hope Arise Church is called to be a relevant and passionate community of Christ followers equipping people to encounter authentic faith in Christ and deepen their faith journey with us. We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community.
PURPOSE
Hope Arise Church will engage our God through relationships with each other and God in our worship, small groups, and service opportunities that both seek and glorify Jesus Christ.
VISION
…Chains be broken, lives be healed, eyes be opened, Christ is revealed….
Hope Arise Church is the dream of a place where all people can experience the one true God, his son Jesus Christ, and the living and active Holy Spirit. We dream of being a church that sees people freed from the shackles of sin, healed and made whole by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, eyes opened to all God has for their lives by the Holy Spirit, and the revelation of Jesus Christ through our humble and obedient lives in community with each other, our God, and our world.
It is the dream of developing people to spiritual maturity through Bible studies, small groups, seminars, retreats, and a Bible school for our members.
It is the dream of equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them.
It is the dream of sending out hundreds of career missionaries and church workers all around the world, and empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world.
It is the dream of starting one daughter church every year.
It is the dream of growing roots in this community to the point of building a facility that will allow us space to provide worship, counseling, prayer, bible studies, after school ministry, daily child care, training of lay ministers, resource coordination for needed social services to those in crisis, the ability to host missionaries for the city and serve as a primary place for families to enjoy each others fellowship. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person—spiritually, physically, and socially—and set in a contemporary and efficient design with landscaping and design that communicates our value of God’s creation and created order.
